Gary earned his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology before embarking on a transformative career with Tektronix, a global high technology company, where he spent 15 years honing his skills across sales, marketing, services, and operations. His mission was always to elevate teams to peak performance for optimum results.
In 2008, Gary transitioned to the Olsen Group, leveraging his extensive corporate background to support small software startups and companies of all sizes. For the past fifteen years, he has specialized in helping organizations clarify their goals and priorities, leading to significant improvements in their overall performance.

Today, Gary combines his corporate expertise with his experience as a business owner, driven by a passion to empower businesses not only to survive but to thrive in competitive markets.
